Portable Web Browser with Media Player Using Visual Fox Pro 9 Empty

We are aware that the more the program is processed, the more energy it consumes. And as what we have observed in most internet café processing, web browser is a problem since most web browsers provide more plugins and add-ons. The computer, with limitted capacity (e.g. in terms of RAM, etc.), will find it hard to process; hence more energy is wasted. In addition to this, users, who are music lovers, will also encounter a slower processing of program and more energy is wasted, since applications i.e. media players will be opened.
Our proposed system provides solution to this problem by integrating a media player to a browser. The browser will only contain those most common features, which a student whould use based on observations and surveys. Also, it is portable in the sense that the user won’t need installation. The program can be stored to any removable devices.
Objectives
• To minimize energy consumption
• To integrate media player to a web browser
• To develop a browser which is user friendly and easy to use without any unnessesary add-ons
• To develop a handy and portable multimedia browser
Research Problem
May not be possible without trying.

If you're worried about add-ons, you can easily disable them anytime... hehehe here are the steps:

Disable Internet Explorer 8.0 add-ons:

1. Click "Tools" and select "Internet Options".
2. Click the "Advanced" tab on the right.
3. Under "Browsing", remove the "Enable third-party browser extensions" check box.
4. Click "OK" and close out of all instances of Internet Explorer.
5. Relaunch Internet Explorer.

If you're running Internet Explorer 7.0:

1. Close out of all instances of the Internet Explorer internet browser.
2. Select "Start", "Settings", then click "Control Panel".
3. Double-click on "Internet Options".
4. Select the "Advanced" tab.
5. Under "Browsing", remove the "Enable third-party internet browser extensions" check box.
6. Relaunch the Internet Explorer internet browser.

If you're running Internet Explorer 6.0:

1. Close out of all instances of the Internet Explorer Internet browser.
2. Select "Start".
3. Select "Settings".
4. Click "Control Panel".
5. Double-click "Internet Options".
6. Select the "Advanced" tab.
7. Under "Browsing", clear the "Enable third-party Internet browser extensions (requires restart)" check box.
