Online Jobs

In the Paid-To-Read programs, you sign up with a web site that works with hundreds of companies. When you register, you are required to give your e-mail address and will begin to receive advertisement e-mails. Reading the e-mail and clicking on the link that takes you the advertiser’s web site will be tracked and earn you money. Once you have earned more than a certain threshold, you will be paid through Online Payment Systems instantly.

The Paid-To-Surf programs/traffic exchanges require you to view at least X no. of pages everyday to get paid. You will be paid everyday based on your member level. Most of the programs give you the free $2 member level to get started. This may seem like a very small amount, but you are being paid to visit the websites and can earn an extra $15-$30 a month, just by using the Internet for 1-2 hours a day.

Online Teaching Jobs are a great alternative to regular teaching jobs as it eliminates the need of commuting which saves time. This is helpful for those individuals who are required to stay home for various reasons. This can include the need to be home to care for an infant, elderly or family member. It could help if the concerned person encounters difficulty in traveling because of any disability. In the larger sense, it eases life to a great extent.
For most people, knowledge is not something that can be soaked in without guidance. Even if it's right there for the taking, it may not be understood correctly. In this virtual world not all education is imparted in a real classroom. The online medium has made it possible for all interested to gain deep understanding regarding any subject online.
Of course it's not just notes that are available online but there's help from the online teacher as well. If teaching is an aspiration, then it's essential that the needful is done to realize such an ambition. It's a great career option and its available online too.
Photography jobs are the home-based jobs that earn revenue by means of taking good photographs and send to the online clients who require the same.
The world is crammed with images and these images are shot as video files through photography. There are various kinds of photograph services requested in the e-market like nature photographs, art photographs, business photographs, matrimonial photographs etc.
The home-based photographers are free to pick and choose the services that they are willing to perform based on the ability, availability and interest and benefit out of it.

Photography job is a wonderful industry with a wide range of subjects that one can specialize in or just generalize in and it is flexible also. Taking Photography jobs is a perfect home-based business. It is a kind of industry with limited number of people working for it but it is booming.

Medical Transcription is a conversion of medical notes about a patient dictated by a doctor, a nurse or any health care person into electronic medium i.e. These medical notes are keyed in and saved for retaining the patient details permanently and can be retrieved whenever required.
The audio file may contain details of the patients on any of these including physical reports, lab reports, x-ray reports, psychiatric evaluations, consultation records, clinic records, discharge summaries etc. The length of the audio medical notes varies depending on the number of the patients and the type of the reports.
The person who converts such audio medical reports into permanent records by means of keying is medical transcriptionist. He is a medical language specialist.

Evaluation:
Of the five online jobs that I have read, I think I would prefer the photography jobs. I think it is interesting to capture every moment of somebody’s life, or to take pictures of the different places and to see the each funny moment that reminds us of our pasts.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

A graphic designer impacts more of your daily life than you probably realize. Every time you read a magazine, use the internet, or even shop at the grocery store, you encounter their work. Designers are responsible
for organizing various kinds of material into a package that is both eye-catching and informative.

A graphic designer may work in a variety of fields, including print design (such as magazines or newspapers), website design, advertising, product development, logo design -- even sign-making. Computer

Graphic design is a very competitive field, and many people who pursue work in this field go to college in order to learn the basics of the job and build a portfolio. However, several years of experience working in the
field is an acceptable alternative to a degree. An impressive portfolio, consisting of work created either in classes or for clients, is crucial to the success of a graphic designer. Samples of work show prospective employers that
a graphic designer is creative, competent, and able to meet the needs of the client and communicate to different groups of consumers. Another important skill is the ability to meet deadlines.

Here are the Five Online Job Services that i have searched Basketball

~HOT ONLINE JOBS~

[1]Network administrator is a modern profession responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. This normally includes the deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of active network equipment. A related role is that of the network specialist, or network analyst, who concentrate on network design and security.

The Network Administrator is usually the highest level of technical/network staff in an organization and will rarely be involved with direct user support. The Network Administrator will concentrate on the overall health of the network, server deployment, security, ensuring network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure, and all other technical considerations at the network level of an organization's technical hierarchy. Network Administrators are considered Tier 3 support personnel that only work on break/fix issues that could not be resolved at the Tier1 (helpdesk) or Tier 2 (desktop/network technician) levels.

[2]Visual Basic(VB)Programmer
A programmer can put together an application using the components provided with Visual Basic itself. Programs written in Visual Basic can also use the Windows API, but doing so requires external function declarations.

[3]Programmer
A programmer is someone who writes computer software. The term computer programmer can refer to a specialist in one area of computer programming or to a generalist who writes code for many kinds of software. One who practices or professes a formal approach to programming may also be known as a programmer analyst. A programmer's primary computer language (Lisp, Java, Delphi, C++, etc.) is often prefixed to the above titles, and those who work in a web environment often prefix their titles with web. The term programmer can be used to refer to a software developer, software engineer, computer scientist, or software analyst. However, members of these professions typically possess other software engineering skills, beyond programming; for this reason, the term programmer is sometimes considered an insulting or derogatory oversimplification of these other professions. This has sparked much debate amongst developers, analysts, computer scientists, programmers, and outsiders who continue to be puzzled at the subtle differences in these occupations

[4]Web Designer
Web design is the skill of creating presentations of content (usually hypertext or hypermedia) that is delivered to an end-user through the World Wide Web, by way of a Web browser or other Web-enabled software like Internet television clients, microblogging clients and RSS readers.

The process of designing Web pages, Web sites, Web applications or multimedia for the Web may utilize multiple disciplines, such as animation, authoring, communication design, corporate identity, graphic design, human-computer interaction, information architecture, interaction design, marketing, photography, search engine optimization and typography.

A systems analyst is responsible for researching, planning, coordinating and recommending software and system choices to meet an organization's business requirements. The systems analyst plays a vital role in the systems development process. A successful systems analyst must acquire four skills: analytical, technical, managerial, and interpersonal. Analytical skills enable systems analysts to understand the organization and its functions, which helps him/her to identify opportunities and to analyze and solve problems. Technical skills help systems analysts understand the potential and the limitations of information technology. The systems analyst must be able to work with various programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms. Management skills help systems analysts manage projects, resources, risk, and change. Interpersonal skills help systems analysts work with end users as well as with analysts, programmers, and other systems professionals.

Jobs and what I like

1. Environmental Simulations Developer

Assignment 3 (Due: before july 16, 2009, 13:00hrs) - Page 2 Q10

computer degrees, it programs With the worldwide interest in Global Warming - what with ex-Vice President Al Gore's movie and book, An Inconvenient Truth, and resulting awards - there'll be more opportunities for careers in this field. One role that'll play a significant part and involves computer programming skills is Environmental Simulations Developer. Such developers will both develop accurate environmental models and run short- and long-term simulations, and collect data (which will be analyzed by environmentalists). As climate change continues to grow in the public conscience, and as governments continue to take this issue seriously, the demand for climate and environmental simulations developers will continue to grow.

2. Video Game Developer.

Assignment 3 (Due: before july 16, 2009, 13:00hrs) - Page 2 W11

computer degrees, it programs With the continued expansion of the video game market into new demographics, especially with the introduction of the Wii, the video game industry continues to need solid game developers. In fact, there is evidence that video games will be entering new domains, such as the health and education industries, on much larger scales. And while video games might have their detractors, gaming has benefits: imparting therapy, teaching hand/eye coordination, planning and strategy, for starters. That said, demands for newer and more innovative video games will continue to grow. It remains to be seen how soon we'll get to holographic gaming, but video game developers and even video game testers will have plenty of opportunities.

3. Bioinformatics Simulations Modeling.

Bioinformatics is an enormously important field that includes the study of genomes, gene sequencing, protein structures, etc., all of which help advance medical discoveries. In addition to scientific skills, bioinformatics requires skills in applied mathematics and modeling, computer science, and more. Bioinformatics is at the forefront of what many consider the most significant age of scientific discovery ever: unlocking the data in the genetic code could revolutionize the very fabric of life itself.

4. 3D Animation Technician.

Assignment 3 (Due: before july 16, 2009, 13:00hrs) - Page 2 E10

computer degrees, it programs The success of 3D animated movies such as The Incredibles and Beowulf require both creative and technical skills to use the necessary advanced animation systems that are sometimes hybridized with live action footage. Throw in the availability of free or inexpensive 3D applications such as POV-Ray, Bryce, Poser, Terragen and many more - not to mention high-end sytems - and there's lots of technical skills to learn.

Such technology is also used for TV shows and TV commercials, so related career opportunities will increase, given the demand for visual content.

5. Internet Entrepreneur.

The Internet offers career opportunities never before available to college graduates. The chance to start and run your own online business is very real. Everything from developing software and web apps to consulting and web publishing are available those with passion. Entrepreneurs tend to be fairly sufficient and internally-driven. And with the new opportunities available online now and in the future, people with both entrepreneurial minds and the necessary website management skills will be in high demand from online publishers and Internet marketers. The more technical skills, the better, including an understanding of how to leverage web services/ applications. For example, the ability to use web tools like Yahoo Pipes to build RSS Radars, custom search engines and data filtering tools could come in very handy in scoping out and developing online opportunities.

Very Happy Very Happy Arrow
the job that i like is the Environmental Simulation's Developer because as what i've research it is one of latest jobs. Being in the latest job also a new learnings on how to deal with this job and also dealing with environment what is the weather will be helping people to warn or give some advices about the weather.

"Each man has his own vocation; his talent is his call. There is one direction in which all space is open to him."
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Here are some online job services:

1.Online Web Developer - web developer is a software developer or software engineer who is specifically engaged in the development of World Wide Web applications, or distributed network applications that are run over the HTTP protocol from a web server to a web browser.

2.Online Database Administrator - database administrator is responsible for the environmental aspects of a database. The role of a database administrator has changed according to the technology of database management systems (DBMSs) as well as the needs of the owners of the databases. For example, although logical and physical database design are traditionally the duties of a database analyst or database designer, a DBA may be tasked to perform those duties.

3. Online Computer Programmer - computer programmer is someone who writes computer software. The term computer programmer can refer to a specialist in one area of computer programming or to a generalist who writes code for many kinds of software. One who practices or professes a formal approach to programming may also be known as a programmer analyst.

Which one of these i prefer to be my future career or profession?
Among this five (5) professions, my bet is being a web designer. Even though that being a designer in a web is not an easy task for you have to make your projects attractive and catchy to your clients, web designing is still a good recreation. If you have the talent and eye of an artist, then you know to handle colors and some images on your desktop, and then you may become a web designer. Web designing is a freelance career also. You don't have to be a degree holder to become a web designer as long as you are a computer literate and you know little in web designing. Since it is an online career, you don't have to go in any companies to work there. Just have your own computer and internet connection, then you may be a home-based freelance web designer.

Depending on the company, the Network Administrator may also design and deploy networks. However, these tasks may be assigned to a Network Engineer should one be available to the company.
The actual role of the Network Administrator will vary from company to company, but will commonly include activities and tasks such as network address assignment, assignment of routing protocols and routing table configuration as well as configuration of authentication and authorization – directory services. It often includes maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers and such. It sometimes also includes maintenance of certain network servers: file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems, etc.
Network specialists and analysts concentrate on the network design and security, particularly troubleshooting and/or debugging network-related problems. Their work can also include the maintenance of the network's authorization infrastructure, as well as network backup systems.
The administrator is responsible for the security of the network and for assigning IP addresses to the devices connected to the networks. Assigning IP addresses gives the subnet administrator some control over the professional who connects to the subnet. It also helps to ensure that the administrator knows each system that is connected and who personally is responsible for the system.

Medical transcription

Medical transcription, also known as MT, is an allied health profession, which deals in the process of transcription, or converting voice-recorded reports as dictated by physicians and/or other healthcare professionals, into text format.
An individual who performs medical transcription is known as a medical transcriptionist or an MT. The equipment the MT uses is called a medical transcriber. The individual who performs medical transcription should always be called a "medical transcriptionist." A medical transcriptionist is the person responsible for converting the patient's medical records into typewritten format rather than handwritten, the latter more prone to misinterpretation by other healthcare providers. The term transcriber describes the electronic equipment used in performing medical transcription, e.g., a cassette player with foot controls operated by the MT for report playback and transcription. In the late 1990s, medical transcriptionists were also given the title of Medical Language Specialist or Health Information Management (HIM) paraprofessional.
There are no "formal" educational requirements to be a medical transcriptionist. Education and training can be obtained through traditional schooling, certificate or diploma programs, distance learning, and/or on-the-job training offered in some hospitals, although there are countries currently employing transcriptionists that require 18 months to 2 years of specialized MT training. Working in medical transcription leads to a mastery in medical terminology and editing, MT ability to listen and type simultaneously, utilization of playback controls on the transcriber (machine), and use of foot pedal to play and adjust dictations - all while maintaining a steady rhythm of execution.
While medical transcription does not mandate registration or certification, individual MTs may seek out registration/certification for personal or professional reasons. Obtaining a certificate from a medical transcription training program does not entitle an MT to use the title of Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT). The CMT credential is earned by passing a certification examination conducted solely by the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI), formerly the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT), as the credentialing designation they created. AHDI also offers the credential of Registered Medical Transcriptionist (RMT). According to AHDI, the RMT is an entry-level credential while the CMT is an advanced level. AHDI maintains a list of approved medical transcription schools[1].
There is a great degree of internal debate about which training program best prepares a MT for industry work[2]. Yet, whether one has learned medical transcription from an online course, community college, high school night course, or on-the-job training in a doctor's office or hospital, a knowledgeable MT is highly valued. In lieu of these AHDI certification credentials, MTs who can consistently and accurately transcribe multiple document work-types and return reports within a reasonable turnaround-time (TAT) are sought after. TATs set by the service provider or agreed to by the transcriptionist should be reasonable but consistent with the need to return the document to the patient's record in a timely manner.
As of March 7, 2006, the MT occupation became an eligible U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeship, a 2-year program focusing on acute care facility (hospital) work. In May 2004, a pilot program for Vermont residents was initiated, with 737 applicants for only 20 classroom pilot-program openings. The objective was to train the applicants as MTs in a shorter time period. (See Vermont HITECH for pilot program established by the Federal Government Health and Human Services Commission).

Webmaster

A webmaster (portmanteau of web and postmaster), also called a web architect, web developer, site author, website administrator, or (informally) webmaster, is a person responsible for maintaining a website(s). The duties of the webmaster may include ensuring that the web servers, hardware and software are operating accurately, designing the website, generating and revising web pages, replying to user comment, and examining traffic through the site.
Webmasters may be generalists with HTML expertise who manage most or all aspects of Web operations. Depending on the nature of the websites they manage, webmasters typically know scripting languages such as PHP, Perl and Javascript. They may also be required to know how to configure web servers such as Apache and serve as the server administrator.
An alternative definition of webmaster is a businessperson who uses online media to sell products and/or services. This broader definition of webmaster covers not just the technical aspects of overseeing Web site construction and maintenance but also management of content, advertising, marketing and order fulfilment for the Web site.[1]
Core responsibilities of the webmaster may include the regulation and management of access rights of different users of a website, the appearance and setting up website navigation. Content placement can be part of a webmaster's responsibilities, while content creation may not be.

The role of a database administrator has changed according to the technology of database management systems (DBMSs) as well as the needs of the owners of the databases. For me the most exiting and my prefered job among the five is the online programmer, because you can earn money without going to the offices. It is more convenient because even in our homes we can earn money and we can be able to do our duties and responsiblities for our families.

Arrow In this assignment we have to examine five(5) different on-line job services and write a brief evaluation of the services and which do you like best and why.?
As I surf the net I found out some online service that could help me in the feature. Here are the ff:

Razz medical transcriptionist
A medical transcriptionist is the person responsible for converting the patient's medical records into typewritten format rather than handwritten, the latter more prone to misinterpretation by other healthcare providers.

The position is responsible for establishing and tracking performance metrics for the group and managing customer research. A high degree of comfort with Excel modeling and statistical analysis is required as this individual will be maintaining complex models that track all metrics related to eCommerce performance.

Razz Web designer
Web designers are responsible for creating the look and feel of World Wide Web pages for a client's Web site. This involves developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the Web site. A web designer may take part in the initial planning of a Web site, meeting with the client to discuss ideas for the layout and organization of the site, the types of colors or images to use (photos, illustrations, videos, etc.), and other matters concerning overall graphic design. Sometimes a web producer has already developed a basic concept for the web page. In this case it is the web designer's task to create a design that matches the producer's ideas.

Razz IT consultant
An IT consultant works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. Consultants work to improve the structure and efficiency and of an organsiation's IT systems.
IT consultants may be involved in a variety of activities, including marketing, project management, client relationship management and systems development.

Razz Systems analyst
A systems analyst is responsible for researching, planning, coordinating and recommending software and system choices to meet an organization's business requirements. The systems analyst plays a vital role in the systems development process. A successful systems analyst must acquire four skills: analytical, technical, managerial, and interpersonal. Analytical skills enable systems analysts to understand the organization and its functions, which helps him/her to identify opportunities and to analyze and solve problems. Technical skills help systems analysts understand the potential and the limitations of information technology. Five(5) different on-line job services and their brief description.

Online Graphic Designer
A graphic designer creates the visual components of various types of media including TV, film, movies, magazines,
written material and even advertising. The graphic designer or graphic artist has the unique job of taking the verbal
ideas from the client and developing a creative way to capture both the information and the emotion that the production
is trying to show. Many graphic designers have extensive education in art, filming and graphic design. Graphic designers
work for large publications or media agencies, whereas others work independently on a project by project basis. Usually
the hours are fairly regular although timelines may require evening or weekend work to meet deadlines. Excellent
communication skills and a creative and unique way of looking at things is a definite asset to a graphic designer.
Artistic talent is a definite asset but is not always essential if the designer has a good eye for the overall picture.

Freelance Web Content Writer
oA website content writer is a person who specializes in providing relevant text content to websites. Their expertise
lies in adapting themselves to whatever particular website demands of them to compose. Most of their work centers
on marketing particular product or service that sites are selling r endorsing.
Since website content writers in the net are numerous, one must take into consideration several criteria in hiring the
person for the job. This includes:

* Relevant experiences in website content writing
* Very good writing skills
* Savvy research skills
* Flexibility adaptability and availability

There are many IT companies that offer professional website content writing services. It is important that business owners
find the writer that suit their company and personal style.

Cryptanalyst
Cryptanalysts analyze and decipher secret coding systems and decode messages for military, political, or law enforcement
agencies or organizations. They help provide privacy for people and corporations, and keep hackers out of important data
systems, as much as they possibly can. Cryptanalysts seek to secure many of the following information systems including
the Internet, electronic mail and home banking. In the financial services industry, they deal with electronic cash or Interac,
credit card transactions and instant teller banking (ATMs). Most of their encryption work deals with the security of cryptographic
number schemes and computational number theories. They design, implement and analyze algorithms for solving problems in
number theory. They also encode messages to hide contents from outsiders. They constantly work on new ways to encrypt
information. Once hackers figure out their codes, they must redo new encryption methods to keep hackers out. Within the
wireless and wired communications sector, they work with cellular phones, pagers, fax encryptors, modems and secure telephones.

Online Data & Business Analyst
Online Data & Business Analyst is the one who will be responsible for data management, data quality and data reporting for the
eCommerce division. This professional will deliver quality quantitative advice to the team that will inform strategic planning and
strategic decision-making. The position is responsible for establishing and tracking performance metrics for the group and
managing customer research. A high degree of comfort with Excel modeling and statistical analysis is required as this
individual will be maintaining complex models that track all metrics related to eCommerce performance.

Medical Transcriptionist
An individual who performs medical transcription is known as a medical transcriptionist or an MT. A medical transcriptionist
is the person responsible for converting the patient's medical records into typewritten format rather than handwritten,
the latter more prone to misinterpretation by other healthcare providers. There are no "formal" educational requirements
to be a medical transcriptionist. Education and training can be obtained through traditional schooling, certificate or diploma
programs, distance learning, and/or on-the-job training offered in some hospitals, although there are countries currently
employing transcriptionists that require 18 months to 2 years of specialized MT training.

Among the five online jobs that I have mention above the one that I like best is the Cryptanalyst because
cryptanalysts are mathematical geniuses and logical problem-solvers with a great deal of patience and mental stamina
although I am not that kind of person but I wanted to be like that someday and also I am naturally curious and like
to help create and break cryptograms(coded messages) and difficult codes.
