| As the 1st week of activities passed, there are still some who were not checked and approved by Sir Gamboa. So please use the remaining time in the upcoming week to consult Sir with your systems. As it was said, Sir clearly stated the rule that those systems that were not approved or checked shall not be integrated. Important Deadlines/Milestones:November 16-19 : Integration and Testing done simultaneously. To the group leaders or developers of each group, please find time to consult and help the integration group to integrate your systems. Time will be limited and each system will not be given huge amount of time to be integrated so please coordinate and cooperate to ensure fast and "error"-less integration of your system. Testing team will conduct tests on your systems so please cooperate with them if approached or asked. Unreachable groups will not be given special attention and will be left behind. Output for the Week (Nov. 20): expected output will be presentation of the integrated systems (..so far). and parts of the documentation (integrated and testing) will also be presented. Documentation team please prepare (softcopy will be enough if it gets too expensive to print). November 16 MONDAY: Meeting at 9:00AM!!! This is important! please attend. Our agenda is the discussion of the activities in ITP after deployment and for the presentation on November 25 and December 4. Those who is not present on monday after 9:30AM shall be considered tardy and will not be given the liberty to choose and prefer their tasks. (so expect heavier task will be passed on to you..) | UPDATES ON ASSESSMENT PLANS:
Assessment questionnaire for all subsystems must be approved BEFORE this week ends. This is to allow for time to "integrate" the assessment questionnaire. Only the Effectiveness indicator will vary per subsystem, whereas the other two will be generalized and common to all, therefore saving space, paper, and money.
Required number of assessors down to 300, as agreed upon last Monday, Feb. 15, 2010.
Assessment must be started and finished on March 12, 2010.
Coming up with strategies to fulfill the requirement is UP TO US. (Batch assessment is a go!)
MARCH 1 - Do or DIE! By this date, RSG should have already given the GO signal for Uniisys - not any individual subsystem.
ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN ITP/SDP are required to bring their parents on March 12, graduating or not. | |
